The screen was not working properly, the display was not good and i have been using the phone only just for less that a month but already the screen turned green. I had to return it. I couldn't even delete my details as the phone stop working just like that. That mean the phone was broken already. Why selling to customer broken staff. That not nice at all

I got this phone last week. It was in perfect physical condition. Despite the phone being "unlocked" it came with a bright pink T-Mobile startup screen. It had T-Mobile apps on it that were not removable. It did work on my carrier, which is not T-Mobile, but it was unfortunate that T-Mobile couldn't be be purged from it.

Setup went great, and the phone worked well with my carrier. However, after a couple of hours, the phone restarted on its own. When it started up, it showed my sim card wasn't being recognized. The phone locked up after about 1 minute, and restarted again. After the next restart I managed to shut down the phone, and I pulled the sim card. I tested it in my old phone and it worked, so I reinstalled it. I restarted it again, and the phone again didn't recognize I had a sim installed, locked up after about 1 minute, and restarted. It kept going in this restart loop over and over.

So, I rate this 1 star. It seemed good, because the phone was in pristine, like new condition. But, the fact that it still had T-Mobile branding and apps in it that could not be removed was upsetting. A bright pink startup screen looks crappy. Then, the phone wound up not actually working after a few hours, which was obviously a deal breaker. It was disappointing.

That being the case, I returned it, but I'm giving them another chance. This is probably just a lemon. I have ordered other refurbished phones and they were fine. So, my replacement is coming on Friday. I'll evaluate how that purchase goes, then.

I got this phone less than half price of S23 Ultra while it has almost the same specs.
It is Verizon model, unlocked, no scratch, no dent, looks like a brand new, came with a cable and box.
Every thing is working fine so far, battery, screen, connectivity.
However the glass on the back and front are sooooo slippery.
Since I was not sure to keep or return the phone and used it for a couple of days without case and screen protector, I dropped it a couple of times and it got several scratches now, very sad but I still love them so much.
It is the 4th renew phones I have bought so far from Amazon Renewed and I always was happy with all of them.

Phone came looking new. I couldn't find any scratches on the unit. All the features work, camera looks amazing. When I put my SIM in, it immediately offered to download carrier specific apps, and was up and running in no time (came with BELL carrier apps, which it deleted). It installed all of the latest software updates which did take a moment to download sequentially, but now the phone is running the latest android version with no issues. Almost 3 days usage (without battery saver enabled) no charging is amazing! Phone came with a Samsung branded fast charger which isnt included with new phones. Seller shipped phone quickly, and it arrived next day at no additional cost. Glad I bought this instead of shelling out for a new phone.

This phone looks almost new without any signs of wear and tear. It arrived properly packed with protective film on the sides which protects the frame from bumps and scratches during delivery. The battery holds so good. Hoping this will stay this way for many more months. I was able to update it to android 14 and was pleased with the smoothness of functions of the phone. The only difference with my s21 FE is the fingerprint scanner. My previous phone was blazing fast on finger print reading but this phone is a bit lagging but still efficient for daily tasks. Overall all it was a good product and I recommend this seller as long as it keeps up with reputation.

I received the phone and was enjoying it. The battery didn't hold as long of a charge as I thought but it's still pretty good.

When I tried to snap a photo, I received the error CAMERA FAILED.

I have since:
1. Reseated the SD card
2. Restarted camera setting & cleared the data and cache
3. Ensured the phone had the latest system updated
4. Booted into safe mode: Camera failed still (Issue is not app related)
5. Reset phone settings
6. Reset to factory settings

The Camera Failed error persists. I have to now go out and find a repair dude to reseat the camera if the refurbished neglected to do it properly or, worst case, replace the whole damn camera module.

Product did not arrive as advertised.
