The phone is decent enough. I find the battery life only performing quite well under the battery saver mode, where I can go about a day and a half without needing a charge. Otherwise, it needs to be charged daily. The face recognition only works 1/3 of the time, the fingerprint works about 2/3 of the time, leaving me often opting for pin.
Other than that the camera is quite nice; its more saturated compared to other phones including some of the newer apple cameras. I find the saturation pleasing and makes all my photos look like they've already been edited compared to my peers to have better contrast and vibrance.
I bought a re-furbished version, while it claimed it would arrive in decent-good quality it was actually in perfect condition. I don't think it was the original box, but every piece was there and the phone had no issues or scratches. Very good deal.

I bought this phone to replace an older model.

At that time I did not know that it has well known choppy, voice cutting off problems.

I could not talk to anyone for a single time without the choppy voice problem and due to which they couldn't hear me at all.

I tried to troubleshoot this problem and tried many fixes found online and on Samsung's website, including a brand new SIM card but nothing worked at all.

During my research to try to fix this problem I learned that it is a rampant problem for this model so I am not alone and that's probably why it was returned to Amazon and the used phone dealers are selling it again to the public.

Don't buy this phone ...you have been warned.

 Llevaba tiempo queriendo comprarme un samsung gama alta, tenia un s10 que ya se me estaba quedando corto en el tema de actualizaciones y eso.
Encontre estos reacondicionados y pues no soy muy de escribir opiniones de los productos que compro pero como este telefono en sus comentarios no encontre información importante aqui dejare lo que le hubiese gustado a mi encontrar antes de comprar el telefono.

1. El telefono obviamente vino en caja generica, bien protegido, su factura y sello de la empresa que lo vende (Que hay que guardar estas 3 cosas por si se requiere reembolso)
2. Trae un cargador, obvio no original pero si se ve de muy buena calidad, incluso es de carga rapida, al menos el que me llegó a mi (Cabe aclarar que yo pedi el color rosado)
3. Llegó como nuevo, este me lo vendes en una caja samsung y dudo que sea reacondicionado, la verdad está hermoso y tiene CERO defectos.
4. Viene con el procesador Snapdragon 888, lo veo muy bien es mucho mejor que el Exynos
5. El telefono me llego hoy 13 de junio, un eia antes de lo que mencionaba Amazon, son puntos extra, pero como no llevo ni un día utilizandolo pues si algo sale mal vendre a editar esta opinión.
6. Si agarró señal de una, soy de TELCEL e incluso funcionó el 5G.

Espero les haya sido de ayuda... A mi me hubiese gustado saber esas cosas antes de comprae aunque hasta ahora no me arrepiento pero si fue bajo mi propio riesgo
