Got caught off guard on this one, overall the phone and camera are top notch, however this was the first year they stopped including a microsd option in the phones. The s20 had microsd support and similar cameras, this one was rated a bit better on wide angle picture quality so we picked this one but didn't realize it meant no microSD.

So when you get this phone, you're stuck with the 128GB storage, but other wise the phone is fast and responsive, doesn't seem quite as bloated as older samsung phones used to be, and picture quality is excellent.

The media could not be loaded.
 This phone works but within a week it has randomly shut down twice now (at 75% battery level or higher) or gone to the Samsung Galaxy Screen and I have to reboot it. Very worrisome... will update as I continue using it.

Edit: it's doing this 3x a day now.
Edit 2: it completely crapped out today. Will add a video. It’s pretty bad quality because I filmed using my kids iPad. Not sure how to wipe all my data with the screen like this before sending it back.. hopefully they refund me.

I started using it a few days now. There are some scuff marks around the edges, but I have it in a case, so they are not visible, the screen and back are in pristine condition no scratches or scuff visible. I thought the description said unlocked, but it was locked to AT&T. Great news is that I was able to get the unlock code from att within minutes from their website, they have a page for unlocking, you only need to provide the imei and your email and their system sent the code within the same minute. Then the other hurdle was that the phone was stuck on android 12 and kept on saying there are no updates available. Turns out that you have to be an ATT customer to continue getting updates for an ATT device. The workaround is to manually flash the original firmware to the device which I was able to do. Now it has android 14 installed and working perfectly fine 👌
