Very pleased with this purchase. It came very well packaged to protect from any damage during delivery. The box with the phone comes sealed, like you'd expect if you purchased it right off the shelf. The glass was perfect, only a very minor scratch on one of the corners, otherwise like brand new. No issues with accepting my SIM card, powered right up. Even came with a charger which I believe does not come with the OE phone. Like night and day compared to my old Galaxy S6, so I won't bother trying to offer any feature reviews, just works great as expected! Overall wouldn't hesitate to purchase another pre-owned phone from this vendor.

It's amazing phone and everything works really good for it being renewed and its also my favourite colour! The only really downside I'm having is the volume isn't exactly the greatest like my fold 3 phone but it's not too bad, I've also been having troubles with my notifications but that could just be the s21 phones in general as I've been hearing other people who have bought a brand new one having the same trouble and one last thing is sometimes the phone will say I have a sim and sometimes it will say that I don't (side note I do have my Sim card in the phone) it could just because the phone isn't exactly unlocked to all carries and I'm with the phone company virgin. Other than those small little issues, it's a great phone and has amazing screen quality for COD mobile and other games. Would definitely buy another one if I need too! It also came in very fast!
