I was a little worried as when you're reading the reviews it doesn't separate the excellent condition from the acceptable condition... so it's hard to tell what to expect. But... I didn't care, I had to get this one. I really, really liked the white back with the silver outline of the camera. Of all the colours I looked at, this one spoke to me lol.
To clarify, I bought the excellent condition and it was indeed excellent. It felt brand new, the only thing I spotted was the tiniest scratching around the charger plug part, which would have happened with me using it anyway, so I don't care. It came with a charger, which I was very pleased about. I had no trouble setting up the phone and there was nothing extra on the phone as some people have complained about.
I previously had a S7 and briefly was using my dad's old S10 as an "upgrade" after a very long time using my old phone and I absolutely hated it. I'm so happy it has the non glass back and flat screen again! I love this phone! It's perfect!
