The phone came in a weird looking box, charged it wireless to 25% and only in the time that I was transferring my info from the old phone to new phone it died on me. Tried charging it with a cable but wouldn't charge. Do not buy a renewed phone when it has been out for a few years because the quality is terrible. I had bought an renewed s10e when it was just a few month out and that was basically a new phone, and this is some renewed beaten up ....

No cosmetic flaws, went through the setup and updating to the latest SW version for that model nice and smooth restarted the phone and boom..I have a fantastic galaxy S10.

My old Samsung S10 I bought refurbished in 2021 had too many cracks on the screen so at the end of 2023 I thought I would upgrade to an S21. Bad idea. Way too many downfalls so I ordered this S10 to replace my old one.

I love that the S10 has an actual jack for plugging in a wired headset. The S21 doesn't have that.

And I love the placement of the side buttons so it's easy to take screenshots with one hand when my hand is too dirty to swipe it across the screen for screenshots that way. On the S21, you had to hit two buttons that were both on the same side of the phone, which was not ergonomic to do.

The S10 has a great sound system for listening to music straight out of the speaker. The S21 was a step or two downward in sound quality.

I hope I get a good long run with this S10 because I sure don't like the newer versions of the S series.

I was skeptical about buying used, renewed, or refurbished phones after reading many negative reviews but my Samsung Galaxy S10 came within 4 days from buy-Sago. Out of the box, the phone looks new and ready to go. It even had the original Samsung charger but no pin to eject the SIM tray. Everything works fine, the cameras and EIS for video works too. The phone is fast and snappy. The only downside is that the battery drains pretty fast. So far so good after 2 days of use, time will tell if the phone will last beyond the 90-day warranty or hopefully a couple of years.

You can save some money buying one of these phones. No noticeable damage or issues with the screen.

My big problem is that this phone is the US version and as such the Bootloader is locked and you cannot flash non carrier-based firmware. This phone will be full of software you cannot utilize or remove.

Not a bad value if you don't mind being stuck with Verizon bloat.
