Got it set up, updated , all of it. This little phone is really an amazing device , Samsung I have had in the past so this newer version is really interesting as to what you can do on it. As with any device you have to take care not to damage it, but then isn’t that something a person does with any or all devices.
A little extra care for any device helps them last longer I would think. But then that is just me and my opinion. Thank you for a really nice cell phone.

Very disappointed in this phone. I bought it as a temporary solution until I was ready to get a new phone plan. The first week was fine until one day I heard my phone ringing but could not answer it. Had to turn it off and that fixed it but than recently it started to do it regularly requiring it to be always turned off and turned on before calls would come through.

I prefer small-size phone in general and loved iPhone OS so I never thought I would buy an Android phone. Because Apple doesn't give any choices for small-sized phone with latest OS, I decided to try Flip 3. It is not as small as I hope but it fits in my jeans' pocket well. You can pretty much use the cover screen to check all messages. Convenient and energy-saving! After I did setting, installed apps and played with it for a couple of hours, the battery dropped to 85%, then I kept using it for 2 days (switching off at night), the battery dropped to 35% after two days. My iPhone normally lasts for one day. I don't play video games, but just listen music, text or read news and emails. The battery is much better than I thought. The phone came in an authentic-looking box with a cable. It is annoying there is no charger, but it is not the seller's fault. The phone looks like new. Only one place has tiny small cometic scratch is on the middle of backcase where the phone is folding, but it is hardly noticeable. Switching from iPhone to Android is painful because Apple didn't make it easy to transfer contacts to android. But it worths the trouble to make this change for me. Over all, I will recommend this seller and the Flip 3.

It has problems. Since phone is refurbished not sure if the previous owner dropped this or not.

Sometimes it does not respond or it won't let me go Live on Social media.

I already bought it and loaded it so I just kept it.

But I am not 100 percent happy.

They are cheap but this is the 3rd phone I bought that do not meet the quality of a brand new phone that could cost you arm and a leg.

So be ready for some unmet qualifications if you buy a refurbished phone on Amazon.

I bought this renewed Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 phone because most other phones on the market were getting so large they barely fit in my pants pocket. This one being foldable easily fits. There were some big differences in this phone compared to all of my previous cell phones. For starters, there is no phone jack. Not a deal breaker if you have Blue Tooth ear buds. Second big difference, there is no slot of a micro SD memory card. I worked around that by buying a phone with 128 G of internal memory. That's more than enough for all of my music, games, photos and apps. The third big difference is there are 2 batteries, and they aren't easy to replace. Instead of just removing a cover, there is some disassembly involved to get to them. I may leave that to the "Pros" when the time comes to replace them. There are tons of videos out there demonstrating all of the features of this phone, so I won't go into detail about it. I will say that I watched a few of them to tweak some display and battery settings to extend the life of the battery such at limiting the percentage of charges. I just found out it's not good on a battery when you charge it 100%. Didn't know that before. For you Tracfone users, I will confirm that you can take this unlocked phone to Tracfone, put your sim card from your old phone in it, and with a little help from a Tracfone tech, be ready to use it in under 15 minutes. I thought I needed a Tracfone Sim card kit, and I didn't. In the past I had to wait a few hours up to a day for the new phone to be fully functional - not this time. Like I said, within 15 minutes it was working. I wear a hearing aid, and once I configured the phone to work with my hearing aid app, it used the Bluetooth to send audible notifications to my hearing aid. My wife is thrilled she doesn't have to hear my phone announce email and phone calls while we watch TV. I can also play music on my phone and hear it through my hearing aid. Cool! I'm 76 years old, and I found this phone relatively intuitive in its operation. It only took me a day or two of playing with it to learn my way around. So far I like it. I ordered screen protectors and a case to give it protection. As a renewed cell phone it arrived in excellent shape, like new. I'm a happy pappy!

 Es la primera vez que compro reacondicionado y me anime por la publicación que menciona que esta en "excelentes condiciones" y algunos comentarios son buenos.
Pero en mi caso muy mal, la pantalla no funcionaba como debería de ser, fallaba al abrir el celular a veces si encedia y otras no, en lo estético pésimo, ni siquiera estaba limpio, se notaban las marcas de suciedad en la pantalla de que le quitaron la mica, además estaba todo golpeado, rayado, se notaba el uso mínimo de 2 años sin cuidados, el modo flexible super sueve era muy fácil cerrarlo y abrirlo con una mano, la verdad muy decepcionante. Viene en una caja equis con un cargado genérico y la herramienta para sacar chip (nuevos).

Tuve que hacer el reembolso, por esa parte esta bien fue por DHL,llego rápido por lo que la devolución llego completa a mi tarjeta en 2 días en total desde que comencé el proceso de reembolso fue de menos de 2 semanas lo malo es que tuve que ir a dejarlo, ver la empresiones, llamar al banco y es perdida de tiempo. La verdad para mi no lo vale. Ahí su criterio.

Como tal el celular esta bien, si, vino en caja genérica con cargador un tanto genérico, pero su función esta en un 80/20, el único detalle es que tiene fallo en el flexor, por lo que se tiene que cambiar con todo y pantalla, ya que al cerrarlo el equipo se apaga totalmente, luego al abrirlo debo de intentar varias veces para encenderlo, solo cuando esta cargando ese detalle desaparece, pero con el resto bien:

> Lector de huellas al 100
> Conexión con otros dispositivos al 100
Solo es el detalle del flexor, y tan tan, por favor mejorar en ese aspecto
