Nothing too serious to complain about here. Popped in my Bell SIM card and off I went. It's very responsive even with lots of apps open. I love the subtle keyboard feedback. I also love the Always on Display (AOD) feature. When your phone is in idle/sleep it will show you the time and any notifications. At first I was looking for a light indicator that shows me new notification like in my Galaxy s9, but I like the AOD feature better. Battery life seems decent. Charges very fast. Screen is bright and crisp. Phone call quality is great. No complaints from people on the other end. Camera is good. Nothing like the flagship devices, but perfectly adequate. My main complaints I have is the biometrics. You can unlock it with you face or finger print. Face unlocking works once in a blue moon and finger print scan I find myself having to do it multiple times. Good solid phone for the price.

Title pretty much says it all. My phone screen spontaneously went blank while I was using it. The phone itself was receiving messages (I could hear them coming in) but the screen was totally black. No physical or water damage.

This happened within a year of me purchasing the phone. I went to Samsung for product support. While the product itself is still under warranty, the cost of repairs isn't covered as it wasn't sold by an authorized Samsung dealer. Its estimated the repairs would be a few hundred dollars.

Received today, sealed box. bought at sale price.
Started to install, found cannot register the finger print, NO percentage up at all after pressing the finger onto the screen. I have two other SS phones, S10 and A42 are OK with finger print, tried to delete the cache partition and also restore to factory setting all failed.
Other functions seems to be OK.
Do like this modle but can't keep .
Return the item after restoring to the factory settings

Everyday I exit my underground parking and the phone does not reconnect to network. It can take hours. It only works when I manually turn airplane mode on and then off.

What an utter piece of trash easily the worst phone I have ever owned
