The phone is slow for a 4GgB Ram. Starts slow and opens apps slow. It has received an update on the 5th day. The call volume is low even when it's on maximum and on speaker. It would be hard to hear a conversation when you are outside in a crowd or inside places like mall or supermarkets. But it does not heat up while you're using it compared to some cheaper phones. But I think it's okay for the price. It's good for watching youtube and Netflix. Pictures are good

Il y a aussi quand l'écran n'est pas allumé, je vois 2 barres plus foncé mais quand l'écran est allumé, je ne les voient pas.

I have no idea why i bought this because now im out $200 down the drain because i bought a phone on amazon. Since this is an international phone you get to meet a new friend! Their name is “no warranty” which is bs, and now 2 months later after buying, it just stopped charging, and now i have the provelage of either buying a new phone or replacing parts worth more than the phone!!

Dont be like me, just go to best buy, get your moneys worth instead of getting scammed.
