I started using this item about two days ago. I started charging it, and I noticed that it was starting to get really hot. I used the charger that I was given by the seller. I did notice later on last evening that the back had come unglued from the front that prompted me to send it back to you.

Phone was in mint shape! Works perfectly but ve prepared for a unholy amount of updates lol
It must have do 10 android updates that took about 5 minutes each and then app updates that took another 30 min or so. I usually set it to update after I goto sleep but was curious on how much needed updating and it took about a hour total to get everything updated. I think they should be doing this before they sell the phone as they should be ready to use immediately because it socks to be super happy to get something u paid good money for then all u get to do is stare at it for a hour straight lol
Great phone though I wanted something with a wider screen because I have big hands and this is perfect

Although it is a 3 year old phone, it was only used for 2 years because I had to install many updates including android 13 and UI 5.1
Phone is in mint condition. Couldn't detect a single scratch or imperfection. And it works like a charm.
This is the Canadian 5G variant. Although it said in the item description that it had 8Gb of ram. After checking it turned out to have 12Gb of ram like it supposed to have.
Phone works like a charm with my Chatr sim.

bought this cell...ill update this in a cpl months .but so far, no scratches, chips, or defects.... perfect condition....oh, it says Verizon when you start it up..also a notification about my sim not being from horizon....

update....few days later.....theres screen burn in...can see where the fingerprint scanner is... big ole circle....giving it a few more days, to see if i can live with it, pretty noticeable...lyk how the return/replacement phase goes, if i decide to send it back...

Well that was well worth all the research before buying. The phone might as well be new (apart from not the original packaging obviously). Had this a few weeks now and I just cannot fault it. This was one of the most expensive items I have bought on Amazon, so I was on tenterhooks (usual worries) will it get damaged in transit its refurbished etc.

First of all the Ad said that the phone is the Canadian version of the note 20 ultra. First thing I see when I turn on the phone ... it say Verizon in bold letters. Also the body it self has damage all over the place. If you look at the pictures I took, you will notice several spots that have been dropped and grinded off. The camera frame also has colours worn out on all four sides. I know the phone is refurbished, but with the amount of damage on it, I am pretty disappointed and will be returning this phone right away.
