Inaccurate pine green colour representation... Received exceptional customer service from seller.
*** Review Update: ***SURPHY customer service contacted me shortly after my review to inquire why I returned the case and wrote a review indicating I was not satisfied with their product. Representative explained that they would bring the colour issue to their manufacturer to try and have the issue corrected in the future.My refund has been processed. The seller decided to send me a complementary case in the colour of my choosing to make up for the issue I experienced with the Pine Green. I opted for black, and the case was sent out promptly with an expected delivery date of Monday November 11th. To my surprise I found the case delivered today November 8th.Experienced exceptional service from a seller who clearly really cares about their customers. I can’t speak for the other colours offered, but the case really is as advertised, Black.I still think the bottom part could be less flexible and more rigid to match the other sides of the case.The case is thick enough to provide adequate protection for the phones lens’ and screen, but does not add that much bulk.The case material feels very nice to the touch; grippy and soft feel yet still quite structurally rigid.However the material tends to attract dust/lint, which I find myself wiping off.Original Review:Pine green colour is much lighter than shown on the image of the product page. I was expecting a darker shade of green.
