My dog jumps over/on it trying to bypass and gets tangled in the mesh which can easily lead to choking and other dangerous tangles. Not a good product for a border collie, who can get tangled while drivimg or even worse when i leave the car for a few minutes.

Good for lazier dogs.

Doesn't fit well, feels so tight it's going to break and there's nothing to clasp the bottom to. Clasps were loose and didn't fully close

But even worse it's just crappy elastic. Even as tight as it goes my dog places one paw on it and it lowers. It doesn't do anything.

Useless product that doesn't at all match the picture.

This dog barrier has been a lifesaver! We have a 5 month old husky puppy that always wants to jump up front with us. That wouldn't be a problem if he would just sit in my lap but he wants to get on the driver, or down in the floorboard, making for a very stressful drive. My arm would start to ache from trying to hold it up to create my own barrier. The installation was quick and simple. He tried to push on it but it only stretched a little so he didn't make it too far. He then tried to get through the gap but that didn't work either and he eventually gave up, surrendering to a trip in the back seat. LOVE IT!!!
