My wife has been needing a new laptop for a while now, and she finally decided it was time. She looked around and found the SGIN and asked me to have a look... I've never heard of the brand, but the technical details looked impressive, the reviews seemed encouraging and - wow, the price!She's had it for a month and a half now, and she keeps saying "I can't believe how fas this is, it just goes zip, zip, zip!" Needless to say, she is VERY happy!!

I'm so used to laptop now, so decided to replace my old desktop with a laptop. Very happy with this laptop, it's worth the money. I found the speed to be very fast, when I browse the internet I always open new links in different new windows, this laptop doesn't slow me down at all.
Most importantly it's not heavy, I can easily carry it, and move around the house. Would recommend to people who is looking for a value for money laptop with a sharp display.

This laptop performs perfectly for me. As a senior, I like to pay bills online and order what I cannot always get out to purchase in person. This allows me to do that now. It doesn't lag but quickly performs whatever instruction I give it, and I love how large and clear the screen is. I have no complaints and would recommend this product to anyone, particularly seniors not necessarily tech savvy like the younger ones today. I give this a 5 star for ease of use, and convenience. I am no longer cut off from the world when I can't get out. I love it!

I purchased this laptop for my wife and I must confess I was a bit doubtful of what we were going to get given the price. I’m happy to say that I was very pleased, I’ve worked as a developer for 20+ years and I have seen the gambit of hardware but for what we paid this system is very well appointed and has been able to handle everything I’ve thrown at it so far. My wife loves it. Her words were wow it’s fast. The only criticism was the trackpad wasn’t great. Don’t get me wrong it works well and is very minor in the greater scheme of things.

I've currently sent a message to the seller of this laptop. In the beginning, I noticed that the mouse seemed a bit sensitive. I only use this laptop for personal - it doesn't get used everyday, so it's still like new. It's gotten very bad over time. Now the mouse is so sensitive, I can barely use the laptop for anything. It will randomly open and close pages without me doing anything at all. You can't get anything done, and has become useless. I'm hoping this seller will honor some kind of warranty outside of 30 days because this is not ok. This is clearly a defective item. I will update this review once I hear back from the seller and see if they back the products they sell.

Update: The seller suggested that I reinstall the driver! I am not about to do that! The moment I start messing around with it, the 1 year warranty will definitely be null and void. I have requested to return.
