This is the answer for those looking for a 250W equivalent, 4000 lumens, 3000K, dimmable, LED bulb.
The 3000K has a nice bright yellow color. I confirmed they are dimmable using a Leviton SureSlide dimmer.
I compared the SANSI against a 200W incandescent utility bulb (Sylvania brand). The incandescent claims to output 3880 lumens. The SANSI (4000 lumens) was much brighter, no contest. So 27 watts, brighter, less heat versus 200 watts, less brightness, very hot.
These bulbs are quite heavy though, they each weigh 240 grams (versus 40 grams for an incandescent bulb). Some cheaply made light fixtures, where the bulbs insert horizontally, might not handle the weight well.
You will want to cover the light with frosted glass or a lamp shade, just to avoid seeing spots after looking at it.
