The motion sensor doesn't work, the TV will turn off with you in the room and not turn on when you move right in front of it. Light sensor doesn't work too.I do most of my streaming through Xbox and you can't have 120hz and 4k at the same time, you have to pick one which was a disappointment.The gallery is ok, but I think you shouldn't have to pay for it. Lot of the art is really bad too.The resolution and sound is great at least on the 55 inch. Also the non glare matt screen is really cool.Delivery was weird. There was no tracking, but it came a day early. I got a phone call two days before it was supposed to come telling me it was coming the next day and asking me to stay home for a 4 hour window because I had to sign for it even though there is someone at the front desk of my building who does that normally and stores deliveries. The delivery came an hour after the window, but they brought it right to my door.

What a great addition to our family room. I've never been a fan of a large, black rectangle being the center-piece of my family room and The Frame solves this problem.

I had guests over a few weeks ago and none of them had any idea that it was a TV until I told them, and even then they had to walk up all the way to the TV to confirm it.

If you want a sleek addition to your living space that you can make part of your decor, this is a must-have.

I am also a big fan of the matte finish on the screen because we have a lot of light coming in through the window and the picture is great from all angles - this was a huge problem with my old TV.

I can't really speak to the picture quality because I'm not an expert in this matter, but it's great for us.

I recently purchased the Samsung 65" The Frame QLED HDR 4K Smart TV, and I must say that overall, it has been an excellent addition to my home entertainment setup. While I encountered a couple of minor issues, they do not overshadow the TV's numerous positive aspects.

Let's start with the positives. The picture quality on this TV is truly outstanding. The QLED HDR technology brings colours to life with vibrant and accurate hues, providing a truly immersive viewing experience. Whether I'm watching movies, sports, or playing games, the visuals are sharp, detailed, and pleasing to the eye.

The Frame design is what initially drew me to this TV, and I have not been disappointed. When the TV is turned off, it seamlessly blends into the surroundings and looks like a piece of art hanging on the wall. It adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to my living room, and I've received compliments from everyone who has seen it.

The smart features on this TV are impressive, allowing me to stream my favourite content from various platforms easily. The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making navigation a breeze. Additionally, the TV comes with a wide range of pre-installed apps, giving me access to a vast library of movies, shows, and music right at my fingertips.

Now, let's address the issues I encountered. The first one is the voice command functionality. I was used to using voice commands with my previous Rogers TV, but with the new remote, I found that it requires Alexa or Google Assistant to navigate the TV by voice. This can be a minor inconvenience if you are accustomed to the voice command feature on your previous TV. However, considering the overall performance and features of this TV, it's a manageable setback.

The second issue I faced is with the art mode. When I turn on the TV, it automatically starts in art mode, which displays various artwork. While this feature can be enjoyable at times, I prefer to start directly on cable or paid TV services. It would be great to have the option to choose the default startup mode. However, with a little adjustment in the settings, I could quickly navigate to my desired content.
