Damaged or defective toliet tissue paper
This has been the 2nd time I have the same bad experience from the broken package of the toliet tissue paper. Last time, I didnt request for return or write any comment. This has been the 2nd time, I decide to write comments here. It needs to be improved. I dont mind if the package of the other product if has been broken, however, this is toliet tissue, I concern about the hygiene and not going to use any of the rolls as the package was cut and opened/ packed with other products when delivery. It was so dirty.....

This is the first time I bought toilet paper from Amazon or online. I noticed right away is the size of the role is very small. If you’re looking for storage, that’s a plus. If you’re looking for value; not so much. I don’t understand how they claim 12 equivalent to 24? 142 sheets is smaller than several other brands regular size rolls at approx 150 sheets, where their double rolls are twice the size . I actually thought the packaging was incorrect when I received it.
I feel of the tissue is soft again not that much different than other brands I’ve bought. It would not be my first choice. And I do not think of it as extra value of any kind. The best value is apparently is carbon neutral although I haven’t investigated to figure it out . It is canadian Which I like to support.
