We were installing our Ring Floodlight Camera in a location that did not have an electrical box already installed. This made it possible to put the camera in the location we wanted. The cord is more than sufficient to tuck out of the way and still reach the existing outlet we needed to use. It was easy to install and connected with the floodlight camera flawlessly. Very happy with this purchase. Would recommend.
We moved and I desperately wanted the ring flood camera so I could see and have a light for any activity on my front lawn since I’m in the country now. We did not have an area to hardwire this and where we wanted it had a plug, so this is perfect. Genius idea everything should have this option.!! so happy I found this!

This kit to mount ring Floodlight cam is a very nice mounting system when no outlet box is available. Complete hardware, instructions and tool included, long plug in cord allows you lots of flexibility in where to mount camera. Whole installation took about 15 minutes and camera is mounted quite securely. Very nice add-on for the DIY person and price was very reasonable.

I've used a couple of these to mount some Floodlight Cam Plus in places where I can't put a light junction box but a regular power cord reaches fine. This made it ridiculously easy and has worked out great. The installation is very simple and easy, just connect the three wires, screw the mounting base plate into the wall or wherever you want it, attach the light to the base plate and you're done.
I've also used this to mount a regular Floodlight Wired, the model that doesn't have a camera, and with a minor modification it also works for this. The Floodlight Wired only uses two wires and if you're mounting it outside you should seal the edges with duct tape because it doesn't fit as snugly as on the Floodlight Cam but other than that, it works fine for this too even though it's not designed specifically for it.

I didn’t have a light out front to be able to mount my spotlight pro to and I didn’t want to do all that electrical stuff and I researched and boom this popped up! What a great thing to have! I was able to mount it to my garage and I ran the wire through a hole I made and plugged it inside my garage. Durable this far and very easy to install!
