How can I open this if I forget my password?

In any case, if you forget your password, just take out the batteries, wait for at least 15 mins and restart, the password returns to "0000".

I flipped the switch at the back, why can't the door be opened?

When the piggy bank is in "Voice Mode", you must wait for the end of the voice input every time you enter a number, and then press the next number. You cannot press it continuously, otherwise the machine will not recognize your password.

Il y a un un petit mécanisme qui prends les billets. Et toute la grandeur de la caisse est disponible pour l’argent pas seulement un petite section de la caisse comme d’autre ont… en gros on vous la recommande sans hésitation!!

Fun little unit and the kiddy loved it. Nice way to save money and the noises that accompany the unit are fun. I had an issue with the company and they responded promptly.

I had a bit of an issue with placing the batteries into the unit. You have to make sure each and every single battery (3 AA's) is all the way down. The unit was lighting up and making noise when I'd hit the buttons but the safe wouldn't open. Same with inserting bills. The green light would come on but the bill mechanism wouldn't work, because one of the batteries was slightly raised. You really have to push them down for the unit to work the way it's supposed to.

After battling with the traditional piggy bank for several years with my oldest son, we went on a search to find one that he had more interest in. He's at an age where he's learning more about money (the value of pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters). We wanted something where he had easier access to go back and count what he's earned. The traditional piggy bank with the plug was cumbersome and hard to empty. Perhaps that's an intentional design to deter taking the money out and spending it, but right now we are focusing on learning what he is saving. The password feature is cool and keeps his sibling from getting in to it. A word of advice, keep the instructions in case you need to reset the password or in the case of a forgotten password. This device has made him more excited about earning money through chores as he can see the results of his hard work. When he reaches a certain amount, he enjoys going to the change machine and converting it in to dollars. Sometimes we put that money on his Greenlight card, other times he likes being able to hand over the cash when he purchases a toy he's been wanting. Overall, I recommend if you have kids/grandkids who are learning about money. It's a cool device.
