This is a really good value for a pack of the larger size buttons, and total there are eight in different colors. Each one runs on 2 AAA batteries, which are not included.These have a pretty loud volume, see if you play around, holding it at different distances from your mouth when recording to get the volume that you want.Recording is very easy, there is a button on the back that you hold down and then speak when you hear the beep. They activate fairly easily with very little pressure necessary, so they are sufficient, even for a fairly small dog or cat.

These are reminiscent of the Staples®️ "That was Easy" buttons, only you can record a custom message with these.

These buttons come in an eight (8) pack of assorted colours and, unfortunately, do not include the required batteries (2xAAA). It does state this in the write up, I am merely revisiting the point. I have a plethora of AAA batteries at my disposal, so I was able to work with these buttons right out of the box.

The buttons are in eight different colours, which is beneficial for keeping the training straight forward. Our primary use is to use with our Aussie Cattle Dog for training and attempt to communicate better. The training is quite the exercise in patience, but you can search out how to train your dog to use these interactive buttons. Our ACD took to the buttons immediately. He is accustomed to single word commands that we tend to use already. I recorded these into the buttons and there is NO SURPRISE that his favourite buttons to press involve a treat or a visit outdoors, ignoring the others. Colour me shocked! Who said dogs are not intelligent?

These are great for office shenanigans as well. I recorded my favourite saying into one of the buttons, and I am amazed just how many times I press the button instead of saying it (it is a tad off-colour, yet 100% funny, to write it in this review, but... you can imagine). We get a kick out of it and it is surprising how much we press the buttons in a given day.

All in all, these are terrific and there are so many uses for this type of device (let alone 8 of them). The recordings are longer than I thought. I was able to record a slow count to 45, which is like 45secs. The write up says they can record up to 30 secs. So, I will take the extra recording time. However, when we use it for our dog, it is quick and clear recordings. I cannot fathom just how well this type of training product works. Our doggo asks to go out using them, refilling his empty water dish (this was the clencher - he ran out of water after a walk and he pressed the more water button to let us know), and if he wants us to go to bed. These are the ones we have him using so far. The majority of the positive feedback comes from YOUR REACTION to the button presses. He learns from our response. It is not 100% yet, but with some work I can see us having A LOT of FUN with our dog using these buttons. Highly recommended.
