Other 3 were fine. My first package came with another item I ordered so it was sent in a cardboard box. The broken package came by itself with my address label attached to the top. I donā€™t mind reducing the packaging but I would like my product not to be ripped and damaged along the way.Update: Buttons work well but if pressed too hard or against a hard surface the record button can be pressed in and you lose what youā€™ve already recorded

First, let's talk aesthetics. The four buttons come in colors that are so vivid and enticing, they'd even lure a colorblind pup! The sleek, modern design blends effortlessly with any home or office setting, ensuring that my decor-loving soul (and Max's stylish paws) remain ever-pleased. A perfect balance of function and fashion, if you ask me.

The buttons are incredibly intuitive. The record feature? A breeze! I was able to record commands like "Outside", "Play", "Hungry", and "Cuddle" in a jiffy. The playback quality? Crisp and clear. If I had to nitpick, the only thing Iā€™d suggest is maybe a volume control feature. Sometimes, in the hush of the night, a sudden "Cuddle" can give a mini heart attack, especially when youā€™re deep into a thriller novel.

 How neatly, for this price Iā€™m not sure what I expected, but these are a blast! They have a nice strong sound, button is easy enough for even a small puppy to press. We taught our Cookie to use them within about 2-3 weeks at 4 months. The first buttons were a walk, Pipi poopoo, puzzle, and play. She uses them often and loves that she can tell us what she wants. I made the mistake of pressing the pipi poopoo button after she made a few accidents at home, so now sometimes she has an accident and tells me sheā€™s made pipi poopoo, donā€™t make that mistake. Always BEFORE you do something, and never use for after. The downside of these particular buttons is they donā€™t have a mat, which means they do move around (and itā€™s good for them to stay in the same order). I will be investing in a May soon and hopefully they will fit in it, but they look universal. Highly recommend if you have the patience to teach them. Just remember, you will create a demanding monster that will excessively press the buttons and demand a puzzle minutes after doing one, or a walk shortly after one, because the first time e wasnā€™t to their satisfaction.
