I ordered 8 of these buttons and a couple had issues so I contacted seller and they were super helpful and quickly rectified the situation.
I now have all working buttons and they work great. Easy to record and the sound quality is good. If you record quieter it replays quiet but clear and if tou record louder it does replay quite loud but still clear.
My dogs have already figured out the water, food and treat buttons, some reason they don't press the purple one not sure if that's a color dogs can't see or what. But great quality, very helpful and nice sellers. I definitely recommend.
I will add, my dogs have never had buttons before, and they are 6 and 4 and are learning fairly quickly. So not just for puppies and young dogs!
Old dogs can learn new tricks! :)

We bought these to train our cats to make specific requests (food, play, etc.) easier to communicate to us. We’re happy with how quick and easy they are to record. The sound is of acceptable quality as well. The buttons are firm to push but our small cats (about 10 lbs) haven’t had an issue pushing and activating them.

It should be noted however that only one cat uses them; the other one has decided that using a button to communicate with us is entirely beneath her and refuses to use them. Gotta love cats. I would still recommend these to any pet owner, though!

 All 8 recordable buttons came in working order. They also record very easily. Puppy can't accidently delete recording and they are very clear. Just note that the closer you record your voice to the button, the louder they are. I found recording at about 10 inches away gives a nice clear recording of my voice. There is some mild static, but barely noticeable. I absolutely will be buying more of these.

If you speak into it loudly it will record loudly, so if you pull it away from your mouth and speak a little quieter it will be at a not so loud sound.
