I bought this pillow when I was sick with a respiratory infection, and I found it was a good height and angle for sleep.

It is, however, very firm (almost hard). I ended up putting a thin pillow on top of it for some extra padding.

I really like this product for its different orientation you can make it to. I mainly use this as a leg elevated extenson for my gout attacks. I found it speeds up my recovery. It's a lot better than using pilows and it stays firm in place while I'm asleep.

Since my stroke I needed a wedge pillow to sleep with. It’s comfortable I can’t not sleep without it. I got two for my home and my parents home because it’s hard to travel with. But then I found a slightly smaller one I’m yet to get in the mail that hopefully airport/road trip friendly. The cushions are not to firm but not to soft either. I like that it can change positions meaning if I need to be propped higher or lower I can still be comfortable.

Having recently undergone abdominal surgery, this product really made life a lot better during recovery.

The ability to shift the pillow into different configurations allows for a lot more options. For myself, I kept it set up in its standard configuration and just placed it in two different positions. One position allowed me to be slightly inclined in bed, which was needed for recovery after surgery as I had to sleep on my back, but needed to be slightly inclined.

The other way, allow me to position myself to sit up in bed and watch TV And have a comfortable way to do so. There are other cushions out there for watching TV in bed that have little arms and stuff on them, but they typically don’t sit very well. The filling falls to the bottom, and they’re not very nice for what they’re designed for. However, this particular product is foam, it’s not like a pillow with filling inside, and as such a hold up really well for sitting up in bed. It makes the ability to watch TV or read in bed a lot more comfortable.

The detachable piece that allows you to reconfigure the pillow would come in handy for other things like putting it under your feet or under your knees. Or just other ways of positioning it.

Overall, the product is very nicely built, high-quality material, decent foam that seems to stand up well. I would highly recommend this product.
