Great, helpful customer service. I received several emails over the last week to rectify the issue. My first set didn't work, but it was replaced, quickly and easily, with no hassle.
As for the Mics, they work great, and I put them through the wringer. The sound quality is solid. the mics and attachments feel like they can withstand wear and tear. I tested 25-30 feet away and the mics still record sound. (iPhone 12)

Set up is simple, but the mic needs to be charged constantly, was hoping I could use this to upgrade my voice audition phone quality, but it picks up ALOT of background and shuffling noise. I can't find the sweet spot for distance (up close to mic or far back) and its driving me wild lol

Edit: You get a fluffy boom cover for wind and a regular head cover too, the whole package and all the items are super cute! The microphones come with little clips to attach to your clothes, very convenient! If you have a podcast where you take interviews outside or just do outside in general, this may be the mic for you!

Edit: After my inital review, their team messaged me on their own behalf. They were very kind, well spoken and prompt about how to help me, what to do in terms of making me a happier customer and solving my problem, though I wasn't in need of it, they even offered to replace my product for free! I am very grateful there's still companies out there taking good care of their customer even if its long time after purchase, very kind!
I will try another one of their products again in the future!

I thought I would pick these up to quickly record songs while playing my guitar, rather than hooking up my professional grade condenser mic and DAI. Voice sound quality is much clearer than my laptop mic, however the noise cancelling cuts the guitar in and out. I wish there was a way to disable this feature.
I will hang onto these inexpensive units as they will make video calls much clearer. BTW mine did cone with the two foam diffusers as well as the furry wind screens.
