This is a nice compact rangefinder that comes with a nice handy case and a few accessories that add to its versatility. It charges over USB-C which I like because it can charge with any of the chargers I have already around the house or in my bag. The case is a hard shell but lacks padding on the inside. The rangefinder itself is plastic but feels pretty solid and has some rubberised areas to make it easier to hold and I guess provide some protection.Using this rangefinder probably requires you to read the manual, a couple of things on it I was not sure about but this is my first rangefinder. Distance measuring is easy. Just point and press the on/off button. The M button rotates between Distance, Speed and Golf Ballistic mode. Distance and Speed are clear and easy to use. To measure speed you have to pan a little with the object moving. I haven’t figured out Gold Ballistic yet but the golf courses in our area are closed for the winter but I do look forward to giving it a go, my distance estimation has always been poor.There are a couple of small issues with the display itself. First it’s black so it's impossible to use at night, but I don't know how many people would need to use it at night, certainly not for golf. Also I wear glasses and I found it easier to see by removing my glasses and looking through them directly. You can see with glasses but I found parts of the display were pushed out of my field of view. It does have a diopter so you can adjust it to suit your eyesight.I found it can measure as close as 3.2 metres away so I've been able to use it to do some rough measurements of large spaces.

I purchased the REDTIGER golf rangefinder with slope and it arrived the next day. Unpacked it, charged it fully ad used it on the golf course the next day after receiving it. The unit was a great size for my average sized hands and even though my hands can get quite shaky, the unit was tremendously easy to ping the flag at any & every distance. The vibration helps to verify the true distance. I love the magnetic belt buckle and have attached it to my golf back as I use an electric push cart. The magnet strength is quite strong and the unit was never in danger of being knocked off after hitting a bump. Slope or no-slope option is tremendous. The carrying case is also very high quality. I contacted the REDTIGER service and asked for a spare magnetic belt buckle and encountered nothing but kindness and great service. I highly recommend this unit and the company behind it. Tremendous and will be glad to purchase again if that is ever necessary. My first encounter with this company. Wish I had found them years ago. (BTW, I sold my Bushnell non-slope b/c of this new unit from REDTIGER. Fully Satisfied & more!

I reluctantly purchased this finder because to many courses don’t give yardage markers to middle of greens that you can find. More importantly many courses don’t have t box markers on the par 3’s, stating the yardage. First off, I'll start by saying the product works very well and the accuracy is excellent. I used it for the first time on the course yesterday and played with my buddy who has a Bushnell. The readings were almost identical but the Red Tiger would lock onto the target much faster - in fact it's almost instantaneous which threw me at first and would cause me to do it again and again thinking in no way could it do it that fast. So as the most important thing you have a range finder for: range and accuracy - it's an absolute 10 out of 10. The downside is the build quality .. it feels cheap. But that's sort of a good thing as well. Meaning, that's the main reason it costs so much less but it doesn't effect the performance. As well, if you do lose it, someone takes it, etc .. it's not so financially painful. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this range finder. One more thing .. the slope switch is very easy to turn on/off and it's visible for others to see that it's off during competition.
