Dashcam itself is good. Very clear pictures/ movies. "Easy to use for the most part".This camera was being installed on my new 2023 Lexus NX. I thought it would be a very seamless installation but it wasn't.Due to the fact that the cigarette lighter is located under a wireless charger which can be pushed back and forth as shown in picture 2. The wiring of the dash cam would always block the wireless charger from closing completely and making it useless in my car. On top of that, my car has a lot of soft-touch material which would make it impossible for any sticky wiring clips to stick to the surface of the car (clips which they do not include in the packaging). If I wanted to avoid the clips, it would be so hard for me to tuck in the wiring of the dashcam in the car also. Def, not an easy installation for not so tech savvy person.To bypass everything and to keep this dashcam, I had to buy a "dashcam-to-rearview mirror" adapter to bypass power from the cigarette lighter to draw power solely from the rearview mirror. Also just to state, I did not want to install the wiring to draw power from the engine. On top of that, I had to buy a new USB A to USB C cable so that the adaptor would power the dashcam. As there were no other cables included other than the cable for the cigarette lighter which I wasn't going to use.Another issue I found with this dashcam, is the app. Very hard to connect your phone to the dashcam to download videos and pictures from directly. There was a lot of menu bypass and wireless connection issues. I just take the memory card and download the files from it now just to save time.Summary: I do not recommend this dashcam for any Lexus NX owners that have a 2022 model year and newer. This dashcam is good when working properly and when the installation is complete. The app sucks to download pictures and videos. But if you are using the app to view the pictures and videos and you have made a connection from your phone to the camera then it is good. The customer service is extremely good, they do follow up with you asking if the package was received undamaged. Which was in my case and they make sure everything is in working order. This is why I give them a higher rating despite all the troubles

I bought this cam sometime in July. I was having troubles with the suction cup in high and low temps so I bought the adhesive one. I haven’t had any issues with it coming off.

The picture is better than low quality cams and for the price, it is good. You should have no issues seeing the license plates of cars beside you when it’s light out. The night vision should allow you to clearly see the license plate of a vehicle in front of you. There was no issues with setting it up and mounting it to my car. I haven’t done the rear facing cam yet though.

Since I haven’t used the suction cup in a while, I lost it and I needed to use it for my work van. I can’t put an adhesive mount on since the vehicle isn’t mine. When I first messaged customer service asking them to help me, I was fully expecting to pay for it and shipping if that was even possible since they don’t ship to Canada and Amazon.ca doesn’t sell a replacement mount. I never imagined this would be solved so quickly, but least of all that I’d get it for free just because I lost the other one. Thank you so much Crystal. You did an amazing job helping me and you really deserve a raise!

I recently purchased a dash cam and I am quite satisfied with its performance. The video quality is excellent, allowing me to capture clear footage while on the road. The installation process was also a breeze, making it convenient for me to set it up in my car.

However, I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. It would have been even better if the dash cam had a camera that covered the inside of the car as well. This would provide an added layer of security and peace of mind. Additionally, it would be great if there was an option to add an internet line or connection to the dash cam. This would allow me to access the camera remotely when I am not in the car.

The cameras and mount seem to be of very good quality. The installation was very easy on a 2021 Toyota RAV4. Once installed and set up, it will automatically start recording when you start the car. The video quality is fantastic, front and rear. Once you have installed the app on your device, you can easily download any or all of the videos recorded on the dash cam. Consequently, you can remove the included micro SD card and transfer the videos to your computer. I’m very impressed with the video quality and with the camera and app in general. There is a parking monitor mode which requires a separate kit. Being the geek that I am, I ordered the kit and perhaps I will update this review once I’ve received and installed the kit.

I researched many many dashcam units before selecting this one, and I'm happy I did. It was very easy to install and the rear camera was just as easy. The quality is superb and the features are very very plentiful. I love the GPS tech built-in and the app will let you see your drive and it maps out speed and travel. The unit will store both front (4K) and rear (1080p) as separate files on the SD card so it's very easy to access.
