Upon first unboxing, it feels a bit cheap and weak plastic, but when you put it on the Osmo I feel more comfortable holding the camera. It is a great fit, with enough space for the screen to rotate and enough space to attach a bottom attachment to the camera even with the case on. It is a little longer than the camera itself, meant to fit the quarter inch adapter or the extra battery handle. Although it adds a bit of thickness and size to the small camera, it is a solid sacrifice to add protection to the camera and a more comfortable hold on it through the longer bottom or hand strap. The action mounting holes on the back folds away when not in use, but works great when needed. The lens and gimbal arm cover is great and fits snugly, except when you attach a lens filter to the back of it. The magnetic points do not attach fully and stay on the camera to protect it when not in use. This is the biggest fault of the case in my opinion, but it isn't a deal breaker. I really like this case and gives me a peace of mind when using the camera.

This is a very good idea because I like the hand strap idea over DJIs default wrist strap on. When thieves see the my DOP3, in Europe, they realize they'll literally need to pry it from my hands to steal it, and trust me, europe is known for the best stealing the world has ever seen, this design helps protect from that. Thieves in Europe cut the wrist straps all of the time and run off with cameras.
