I've personally owned tws from Jabra, Samsung, Jaybird and a bunch of cheaper ones. Sony and Senn are probably the only exceptions.Overall these are the best of any buds I've owned and used. In terms of build quality, sound, comfort and noise cancellation hands down. I've already used these on almost a daily basis since buying them a few months ago.They don't fall out because of the non-intrusive wings, and are comfortable enough to wear for extended periods of time (4 hours or more). I use buds all the time at home and at work to help me focus and enjoy audiobooks and podcasts.Background white noise is present but it's very minimal and only noticeable when nothing is playing and everything is quiet.The thing that drives me crazy is how poor the setup is, which is part of their design. Buds need to be in the case with lid open to pair so keep it nearby if you switch sources often.There are persistent connectivity issues and a bud might not work until you unpair and pair the device again. Frustrating but the positives out weigh this random inconvenience for me.One of the few electronic devices I've bought that I feel provide an experience worthy of the price. Hope future updates continue to improve the minor issues I've experienced.

I was a bit of a skeptic when it came to wireless headphones, theses headphones absolutely changed my mind.

The noise cancellation at first is a bit weird, but after a day or two, it's an amazing feature. It blocks everything, no joke, and I have a very good hearing. I have other headphones, without noise cancellation that I sometimes use, but I immediately notice the difference. The noise cancellation is just making the sound more crisp and audible.

The sound is great, and can also be adjusted with the Bose Music app.

It worked 100% with my Galaxy phone, no issues, no hassle (make sure you install "Bose Music").

The headphones come with 3 ear adjustments, so make sure they are properly fitted. They don't come off easily afterwards.

I can also wear the headphones for long periods, no issues.

Touch controls work great as well.

Some things that I did notice:
- The battery life is okay I guess, although I do feel that it could be a bit better (not exactly sure what is the equivalent with other headphones). The case also acts as a charger, event when it's not plugged in.
- I wish I could disable the touch controls temporarily because sometimes when I jog (I live in a colder climate), I wear a jogging running coat with a built in hoodie, and when it gets soaked with sweat, the touch controls are triggered.
- Sweat slightly alter the headphones ability to stay inside the ears (but that is expected, as they aren't designed for sport).

I have been using the ear buds for more than 3 weeks by now, here are the things I am impressed by the product:
-it has the best noise cancellation, I compared side by side with AirPods (gen 2) and I don’t think AirPods are nearly half as good as bose
-the sound quality is exceptional for this size, so rich that you would think you are carrying a mini sound system with you
-the awareness mode is super helpful when you are walking out on the streets, you still get very good sound effects with this mode
-charging time is very fast
-the colour, the touch and the design are luxurious, pure joy

However, I have a few things that I didn’t enjoy very much with the product:
-the buds are not as comfortable as AirPods simply because they are larger, and they require the tight seal around the ear holes, which adds to the discomfort in the long run, but acceptable. Apparently the product app notified me that I could order extra small size of the ear bud tips, so hopefully that would help the comfort issue.
-i experience “glitches” from time to time, I can’t find the pattern and figure out what might have caused them, they sound just like a current being disrupted when you turn on a hair blow dryer.
-i left my ear buds uncharged overnight, funny that my left bud went down 0% but the right bud stayed at 70%. And I was pretty sure I wasn’t playing any songs or video. I repeated to test the buds, the left bud still drained the batter much more. But this isn’t a show stopper, I would normally keep them in the case and charge them.
-the “tapping once to pause the song” function is very sensitive, I often mis-tap my buds and have to re-tap it. But overall I still think this function brings more convenience than troubles

Sound is excellent, the bass can be very present if you set it up this way. The battery will last a few hours and the recharge time is quite good. The case cover seems flimsy and I do not know how long it will last (plastic vs metal for Apple Airpods Pro). I did ran into Bluetooth pairing issues a few times. The device would not (re-)pair with the earbuds and had to pair them again. But overall, I really like them and the sound is great to my ears.

I bought these to use instead of my QC 2 over ear headphones at my desk because it’s too hot during the summer and I hate the way it sounds when a fan blows directly on me while wearing them, and to replace my cheap gym headphones which are Bluetooth earbuds with an annoying behind the head strap that always catches when I turn my head. Well, I haven’t tried them at the gym yet, but while working at my desk they are incredible so far. The noise canceling is amazing, better than the QCs! They’re super comfortable and I think might even sound better than the QuietComfort headset. Only minor complaints:
1. The touch controls seemed inconsistent at first but now work fine
2. Uses a different Bose iPhone app than the QCs
3. Can only connect to one source at a time, unlike QCs.

So they may not 100% replace my QCs, but I didn’t intend for them to when I purchased them. They’re just so good I kind of wish they would. They probably will more often than not. 5 stars.

I work in a dental lab and I have bad noise sensitivity issues. Bad enough to bring anxiety attacks. I was hesitant to buy these because of the price. I tried other ear buds but they did not cancel anything enough. My hubs demanded I buy these and so I did and good lord the peace these have brought me. What sound does make it through is dampened so much that it's barely there and no longer triggers me. I cannot believe that these little things can block SO MUCH. They are so comfortable that I forget I have them in and the cool little bands they have around the bud keeps them in. They ain't going nowhere! They weigh NOTHING. Easy to get them in and remove. I love that the volume control is a swipe on the side of the bud. Also you can tap three times to repeat a song! I find them very good with phone calls too (android). They are VERY sensitive to my touch commands. I don't have to mash the hell out of them to get them to pause, skip or go back.

Music and audio books sound brilliant!! I find that the sound from the buds does not have to do battle with any background noise making for an awesome experience. Every other pair of earbuds I have had including Sony's has had to do battle with background noise because they could not cancel squat at my workplace.

On the connection issue, I had it. The left one stopped syncing. I tried twice to fix it and twice it stopped syncing. I was a sad panda and almost returned them until my hubs told me the left bud syncs with the right bud so if I was taking the left one out first ( I was taking them both out at the same time), it could be causing an issue. I reset the whole thing. Then I started taking the right on out first and putting it in my ear and waiting for the, battery at blah blah percent prompt then the tone that tells you that it's on. Then I take the left one out of the case and put it in and I have never had another problem and I waited a over solid month of nearly everyday use before I posted this. Not one more problem. If you are reluctant about this issue, just remember you can always return them and get your money back if you can't fix the issue. It's freaking worth a try!!! This is an amazing life altering product that has made an ENORMOUS difference in my anxiety level due to constant bombardment of NOISE.

On battery life. At work I keep the earbud case plugged in. When I go on break and lunch, I put them back in the case to charge. I have never had the battery run out on me. I am there for 9 hours.

In my opinion these are worth every damn cent. I cannot be without them now. Just remember to take the right one out first and put it in your ear and wait for the tone that tells you it's on. Only then take the left one out.

Já sou um fã da marca e já tive outro fone a tempos atrás deles. Infelizmente na pandemia quebrou e fui para outras marcas. Resolvi retornar e não me decepcionei de novo. Ótimos graves, cancelamento absurdo e para mim, que tem orelha rasa e vivo com problema nesse aspecto, um bom acerto nela. Mesmo fazendo atividade física. Apesar do preço recomendo demais o modelo
