19 g protein, 5 g carbs, 5 g fat, 140 cal. This is the perfect snack if you're on a keto diet. And they taste just like chips, I can hardly tell the difference. This is a bit pricey for the portions you get per bag. But there are no snacks out there that achieve the macros this does, so I guess they can charge what they want.

These are a pretty good dupe for real chips. The crunch is spot on, they’re just a little more crumbly in texture than a traditional corn tortilla chip. Flavour is good, spicy but not too intense or lingering. There were quite a few broken ones in each bag so I do think they’re more delicate than regular chips for sure. The macros can’t be beat though!

TLDR: After eating this, I said to a friend, "why can't healthy food taste good"?

I had never seen this item anywhere before and thought I would give it a try. I had low expectations for taste as this is marketed as a healthier snack. The taste, in fairness, wasn't horrible, but it was by no means tasty. It was better than trash but not as good as any other mainstream nacho/chips that we are used to. It is an acceptable flavour but I wouldn't encourage others to try this .

The set comes in a box that appears to be designed for a retail shelf if that appeals to you. The bags themselves appear to be 50-82% air through my completely non-scientific testing.

If your choice is between this and traditional chips and you want a healthier option, this is a good choice. If you care at all about flavour, this is not for you.

I can't see myself buying this again.

These are fantastic protein to calorie ratio. I ordered three different flavours and all three I love. Initially I thought wow small bags there’s not gonna be many in them and there isn’t however surprisingly they satisfy you and you don’t feel hungry after. So the urge to sit down and eat two or three small bags like i would want to with other chips isn’t there. If you’re on a weight loss journey and you’re trying to eat high protein, low calorie these would be good
