I received my Pyle PDBC70 in great condition and the shipping was quite fast (Amazon Prime). Upon first plugging the unit in to test it, plug number 9 was completely inoperable. I figured since the other 8 ports functioned perfect that it must have been something minor. I took the cover off the unit to find one of the wires came unplugged from that socket. I simply plugged it back in and it worked perfectly. This could of been due to mishandling during shipping or a simple mistake during manufacturing. Either way it wasn’t a big deal and now it’s perfect! The unit works amazing and it makes life so much easier being able to just switch something off rather than digging through a mountain of wires to unplug it.
