Like some users complained about the product, my package also had the masking stickers for ports missing. I had to use the guide stickers instead to cover the ports. Poor QC I must say for a product that costs over $40.The package came with a set of 3 tempered glass screen protectors. Out of the three, first two installations failed due to some oil slick like formation over the front camera area during installation. The third kind of worked. Time will tell how long this product will work.I followed the video link that came with the small brochure in the package. The display of my phone was cleaned well prior to the first application with wet wipe, microfiber cloth and the dust absorber sticker that came with the package. I dropped the glue into the display completely in two small portions as instructed in the video. The glue dropped on the phone's display was stirred with the tip of the glue tube to get rid of any possible bubble formation during the installation as instructed.For some weird reason, some oil slick/streak was formed on top of the camera area.There was no way I could remove that patch as the phone was snug fit in the installation tray. The rest was a disaster. I rushed to remove the tempered glass screen protector as the UV glue was all over the display and the sides of the phone. Even though the glue mess got cleaned up, the first tempered glass protector went to waste.Prior to my second installation, I wiped the display first with a microfiber cloth, then with wet wipes, used a microfiber cloth again and dust sticker to clean the display. The display looked spotless as I looked at it from different angles under the light to see the presence of any glue streaks or dust.The next nightmare: The peel film for tempered glass 2 failed to lift off. I tried the third tempered glass and that got failed as well. I had to use a snap off blade to peel off the film inside the tempered glass.The second application also failed for the same weird reason. There was Oil slick like patchy formation by the front camera area and it was hard to remove from the installation tray. It got messy this time as well. I hurried to remove the screen protector from the phone and clean off all the UV glue mess. It was a crazy adrenaline rush moment as I used the small guide stickers to cover the ports since the masking stickers were missing. Pasting the guide stickers to cover the ports was like a hit or miss. Still I took the risk. Needless to say the second tempered glass protector also went to waste.For the first two failed applications, I made calls each time to make sure the earpiece/speaker of my phone was working and there was no damage to the earpiece/speaker because of the UV glue. To my surprise, the earpiece/speaker worked fine without any issues.Frustrated and perturbed with first two failed applications, I decided to try the last tempered glass I had with the only UV glue bottle. I used q-tips and soft micro fiber cloth to clean up the entire phone once again. I wiped the phone with microfiber cloth. I didn't use the wet wipes and dust absorber sticker this time. I didn't stir the glue either after dropping it into the display to get rid of bubbles as instructed in the video.I made sure to thoroughly clean the front camera display area where the oil slick like bubble was formed previously. I don't know what worked this time. The third time was a charm. The excess glue surrounding the display was carefully cleaned with soft paper towel after placing the weight over the fingerprint area. The top and bottom of the tempered glass protector was carefully aligned to make sure there is enough room at top and bottom for my phone case.The rest of the installation steps wasn't much of an hassle apart from one major issue. The guide stickers I used to cover bottom ports of the phone accidentally got sticked to the installation tray during UV curing. This was because the UV glue seeped on to the tray from the display and got adhered during the curing process.If any of the advertised parts are missing in the package, return the package or request for that missing part to the seller. Seek professional installation help if you think self installation is tedious. Stay calm and be patient. Follow the installation video steps if you're doing it for the first time.Pros:1) Mowei tempered glass screen protector has a good finish and can hardly tell the phone has tempered glass installed.2) Quality looks decent and sturdy enough to take a hit or drop. But time will tell how long the glue will hold on to the display.3) Better than TPU protectors, if you've got butter hands.Cons:1) Masking stickers for ports were missing in my package which is a big let down. I'd say not worth the risk I took using guide stickers to get done with the installation. Do it the right way.2) The brand has no idea how much amount of glue is needed for a perfect installation process without causing unnecessary seep-mess. I find the glue in the tube is excess for the installation process.3) The inside peel off sticker for tempered glass protector felt cheap as the peel sticker came off, but not the inside film. Bad QC. This can ruin the installation process and can certainly cause panick among users.4) The tempered glass screen protector is not oleophobic. It attracts finger print and smudges easily.5) The protector has no cut-out for front camera. It is a full coverage application. The Images that I took with front camera looks a bit soft and there is some haziness in the background for video calls.6) The protector is not going to be friendly for some heavy duty protective cases since the sides of tempered glass extends to the display curvature.7) The UV light legs are short and one shouldn't use coins on top of the weight to place it in fingerprint area. That is going to ruin the top to bottom tempered glass alignment.8) Unnecessary instruction given to stir the UV glue after pouring on to the display. Don't stir the UV glue unless you see any bubble/lumps after pouring it into the display.Suggestions for the manufacturer:1)The display curvature of S23U is already reduced in comparison with S22U. Please trim the sides, top and bottom of the tempered glass a bit so that most phone cases can fit without worrying about the tempered glass protector coming off from the display due to the current snug fit design.2) Please work on your product's QC. You can't have parts missing in your packages. Helps save your money on those gift cards you offer in exchange for positive customer reviews.3) Masking stickers for port covering and the UV glue are most important things for installation. It would be great to have extra masking stickers and a tube of glue with the package.4) Standardize the SOP Instructions. To avoid confusion, try not to provide conflicting information that will jeopardize the user installation process.
