What's not to like? Any negative reviews are likely due to the buyer not buying the right protector for their model, or didn't take their time to install it. Dust is always a pain as are air bubbles. If you start with a corner or side, apply slight pressure and work your way to the other side, ensuring that the protector (the line that forms when it's making contact with screen) is free of bubbles and ideally, dust. Very difficult to get dust particles off the protector but tweezers do work. Be patient and you'll have a great finished product.

No bubbles if you do it right

I noticed a lot of comments saying it had bubbles they couldn't get rid of, and claimed the protector was no good. I can guarantee that it is perfect as long as you work on it and have a TON of patience.

During my install, I went in the bathroom and ran hot water in the shower to create steam to bring down the dust. After some of the fog cleared, I went in with my tablet and screen. If I were to do it again, I would probably go outside if it's summer.

I noticed I saw a lot of bubbles the first time I lowered it and it suctioned to the tablet. Before I started trying to squish them out the side, I tilted the tablet in the light and saw the smallest of particles dead centre of the air bubbles. I grabbed the corner with my finger nail, careful not to print the sticky side with my finger, and SLOWLY pulled it back up, enough to get to where the bubbles were with the dust sticker that was included in the kit.

Upon putting it back down again, there were more bubbles!! So SLOWLY (and I mean VERY SLOW), I pulled so the suction had time to release from the tablet and used the sticker again. I believe I did this step about 6 times before finally the last time I gently lowered the glass, and it suctioned to the tablet, there were no bubbles! TIP: put a sticker on the underside of one of the corners so you can grab it easier to pull the glass up if needed, so you don't get your finger print on that corner, or it wont stick when you're done.

You could probably get your glass to fix on your tablet with no bubbles, in less tries, if you don't have dust floating around. Dust is your #1 enemy!

January 2021 - Editing my original review as the seller ended up contacting me to make things right. They also offered a video to assist with install. This helped greatly to ensure an air bubble free install. The product itself looks sturdy and I hope will protect my tablet. The only issue is that fingerprints are still visible and easily show up. This should probably not be a selling point.

December 2020 - Not easy to install. 1 sheet defective. Air bubbles and finger prints. No card included for smoothing. Contacted but only got back and forth from the Not on the site. No resolution when I sent picture and order number.

I would like to say, when installed CORRECTLY this screen protector is phenomenal. Packaging was excellent (important so that the screen protector arrive flat and in perfect condition.) The accessories that come with it for application worked very well, and I have nothing negative to say about it.

I've seen some negative reviews but please, don't listen to them. Screen protectors take some patience and attention to detail to put on. You really need to ensure there's not a SINGLE speck of dust or oil on the screen. Take your time. Do it on a clean surface (glass, marble, kitchen counter, anything free of dust or debris). Make sure the air is still (no fans or ac moving the wind around as this will blow debris back onto your screen after cleaning).

Watch some videos on application of screen protector specific to tablets. It can be a bit tricky to do on your own. I ended up asking for help, someone held down the corners on the shorter side to ensure the screen was centered and stay put. Then of course make sure you take your time removing the air bubbles. Wrap a debit/credit card up with the microfiber cloth provided and gently push the bubbles to the side.

Like I said, it takes time and patience. Just go easy and make sure your in the right environment to avoid excess dust and debris being on your screen.

10/10 screen protector. Would recommend and buy again.

Works great, but effort required to install

I was able to install the protector on the first try, but not without a lot of finagling. In particular the stickers could not keep the glass in place during alignment and lift in order to remove the film. I had to use some long pieces of masking tape to keep the edge from pulling away from the tablet when lifting the glass. I found that pushing down the tape edge in the middle helped it adhere without bubbles from the center out. Keeping the front edge or corner up as the other finger pushed the glass down from the center working out bubbles as I got to the edge worked best for me. I tried dropping it down flat with one nail under the tip of the front edge but I ultimately had to lift it and try again. The touch screen works fine, but on rare occasion the swipe keyboard thinks I lifted my finger when I did not.
