I can't say honestly if it is accurate. I have no way to measure and/or test it. But It does show a variance of blood pressure on each use. It's very easy to use. It was quite low in price, and it was delivered the next day as stated. What else can a guy ask for?

The device is adequate operationally - it gives consistent readings and initiating a measurement is straightforward. However, the instruction booklet needs a major upgrade. The text size is too small, the translation from Chinese to English is difficult to interpret and several functions are not covered. How to switch users and what the arrhythmia detector indicates are examples. Also, the indicator MR shows on the screen but the function "medication reminder" is not mentioned so it's not clear if the device has this capability or not. A model to follow for a rewrite is the instruction manual for a competitive device (with mostly the same controls) - the BIOS-3AL1-3E. BTW here's a tip: if just one person is using the device, then 198 readings can be kept available by just switching to user 2 after the 99th reading.
