We've used the SIMs provided by "Eternal Communications" many times and for the small premium you probably pay versus finding a local solution on arrival, the convenience and peace-of-mind you get by simply popping the SIM in on arrival and being connected immediately/seamlessly to the world is invaluable. I'm no "tekky" which makes these SIMs perfect - just plug it in and enjoy your trip while staying in touch immediately with your car, air bnb, etc.

AND, Mostly I want to share a rare and excellent customer service story! In short, Amazon sent the wrong SIMs for an upcoming trip to South America. I contacted Eternal Communications through the Amazon chat feature and a wonderfully helpful man named Steve jumped into action verifying we had been delivered the wrong SIMs and then (this is the "above and beyond" element) he offered to send the correct SIMs directly to me. They just arrived via courier and just in time for our departure! I mean where do you get any service anymore much less thoughtful, responsive and byond your expectations service?!?

I highly recommend these products whe purchased through Eternal Communications!!!

This is very frustrating. We bought 2 cards recently, for my husband and me. We’re at the beginning of a 12 day trip to France with no way to make calls or send text messages. We have our numbers, we have data, we can receive text messages and calls but we cannot reply or call out. We could call the 225 number and we promptly received the text with our numbers but when we try to place a call it tells us that we have no more credit and to go online to top up. The numbers are new and should be good for 14 days. We feel ripped off.

We bought this SIM card to use in Egypt. We we’re so disappointed it wouldn’t work. Also all the instructions sent to us were in French. It was a SIM card from France! We have two other couples that bought the same SIM card from this same company and none of us could text each other at any point. On WIFI or on data. I couldn’t use some of my own apps like What’s app to communicate with my tour guides who needed us to use that app. Very frustrating

I used this for a trip to Paris, France for 2 weeks and it was incredibly disappointing. I could NOT phone the USA and I could NOT Text into the USA. I went to three different Orange Stores in Paris, and was told that they DO NOT deal with these sim cards.
