Warning for someone like me who read the good reviews as there’s not many negative but it’s been a night mare. Connectivity issue is huge.
Once you plug the phone in after complete charge of the bank you notice it quickly stops charging the phone. It wiggles as the phone is heavy for this kind of charging device. AND TO LET EVERYONE KNOW the policy has. Changed and your refund takes up to 30 days. I requested for pick up and my item was picked up 2 days ago and still not scanned for return…. If you call there’s absolutely no costumer service from Amazon as per the policy change.

If the phone moves slightly the charge won’t work. The charging piece shouldn’t be moving however.

At first glance it’s elegant, heavy seems good quality but unfortunately it’s defective. Could possibly use if you leave it standing but not while using what’s so ever. I would plug mine in and would in a second stop working and I tried a couple times.

But again, costumer service was not helpful at all and my return has yet to started. I purchased for a trip now I have to wait for return up to 30 days which would be after my trip lol. Awful service not only due to the new policy but because you waste your time and money for the 30 days and when asked what they can do for you (as this is not your mistake) they hang up the phone on you with the excuse they have to help other cosumters they don’t let you speak and hang up on you.
