The best thing about the fan is that it is foldable, and therefore easily portable. The second best thing is that it holds its charge well.
I found the fan to be be oddly wide - sticking far out on both sides of the neck instead of curving around it as shown on the models in the description. In fact, the 4th image is the one which shows the fan as it really is. It is essentially a straight-ish line with two bits sticking down. You can bend the two sides inwards to bring some of the breeze towards your face (there is precious little from the back of the neck). But the hugging effect which directs the breeze where it ought to go is lacking. The soft bit in the middle only helps you to position and remove the fan; once you stop bending it it straightens out again.
The air flow was something of a surprise: you can tell that it is a powerful fan, but the air flow was not effective. When I compared it with another neck fan I spotted a significant difference: the air vents on this fan are fewer, and they are also wider. Smaller vents would have pushed more air outwards and in the right direction. I kept having to bend the arms and readjust the fan on my neck in order to get some effect.
But another dealbreaker was the volume. It is louder than all of my other fans, even on L1.
Conclusion: Decent enough fan to use in a pinch and for short periods (great when doing the dishes). However, although not excessively weighty, it will feel wide and cumbersome unless you have a fairly broad neck to accomodate the shape. Otherwise the air will go right past your face.
