Portable but limited.
The Tessan LP-551B1 is a very small power bank that's very portable. However, it's also very limited in terms of charging capabilities. It lacks PD and every other charging protocol. It's sole output is 5V 2.1A which might not be enough for today's behemoths and will take much longer to charge. While it's relatively light weight, I still wouldn't trust it to dangle off fragile the USB-C connector, and use my phone with it attached. I'd only use it for desk charging. Build quality is quite good and the charger feels very solid. I like how the connector can be capped. My final thought is that the prospective buyer needs to weigh form factor against function, and see what is more important to him or her.

I read a lot, and I prefer to do so on my tablet. The problem with that is that most tablet batteries tend to run out quickly after just a few hours of use. I've often thought that it would be nice to carry a power bank to charge my tablet on the fly while I'm using it, but they all seem to require a connector cable or project too far out from the device they are powering. It makes using the device while charging very awkward.
This power bank, however, has a nicely compact design with a centrally placed usb-c connector. It sits discretely on top of my charging port, adding a little weight to the tablet, but otherwise staying well out of the way and allowing me to get hours more reading time in each day.
It boosts the charge very quickly...at least as fast as being plugged in. There's a convenient dust cover for the connector for when it's not in use. Recharging the bank itself can be a little slow, but I just plug it in at night so that I've got a full charge by morning.
As someone who is a dedicated tablet user and ebook reader, this thing very quickly became indispensable to me; well worth buying.
