Works really well but one cartidge was opened and used. I contacted Kodak and they offered a refund for it. Picture quality is very good to adequate and each cartridge prints about 30- 40 images.

I am frustrated because I printed ONE photo only using this machine. It seemed to work fine. When I went to print a second photo a few days later, it did not work. I tried everything to troubleshoot it and nothing. It turns on, and that's it. It does not pull the paper through, it does not print, it does not show any flashing light or issue with it to signal to me what the problem is. I have tried returning the faulty product and amazon will not accept the return. I have tried contacting Kodak directly and they have not responded to my emails. If you are looking for a good photo printer, get the HP SPROCKET. I have 2 sizes and have used them for years with no issues whatsoever. Thought Kodak was supposed to be the best, but I was sorely mistaken and I wasted my money on this product.

My wife loves this printer and uses it all the time to keep our frames current.
The printer works quite well. The cartridges and paper have worked consistently well. A few photos haven't turned out due to alignment issues, but most have been decent.

Sometimes we have to remind ourselves that the photos we're looking to print may appear okay on our phones, but we may have zoomed in to get the composition right. This leads to poor photo quality overall.

The app is so-so. it's been updated since we bought the printer, but the same issues are present.
Photos sent to the printer may get cropped. The preview you see in the app is not always what prints.
We used the app to compensate and crop in the other direction and the photo came out the same, even when the photos are 4x6.

Last, you can't print from a computer. It would be nice to make edits in Ps and then send them right to print.

I bought this to print pictures for my son for preschool, and for that purpose it is perfect. Great for hanging up a recent memory on the fridge for the kids, etc. I wouldn't use it to print for a frame or a photo album that I plan to keep forever because the quality is not quite there, but I might be a bit of a snob in that regard. I put 4/5 for picture and printing because it's excellent for a tiny portable printer, but obviously not perfect as far as photo printing.

I got this as a gift and I really like this printer. I used to have a first generation Canon Selphy which no longer supported the images I wanted to print. This little printer is pricier than taking the prints to Walmart or Staple, but the quality is with this Kodak printer is richer. For the one off printing that I do, it's perfect. Also, it amused my 2 year old grand son to no end to see the photo I just took of him with my phone come out of the printer, just for him. The app paired beautifully with my phone and tablet so I can print from either device with bluetooth without having to use a memory card or hooking up cables. The case holds every thing you need to print on the go. I highly recommend this printer.

First time I went to print, it printed yellow and pulled the page in to print magenta and stopped, then spat out a strip of ink-film with my yellow layer and apparently the ink cartridge was destroyed.

I took so long to try it that I am past return period so…will order another film cartridge and hope for the best.

What a totally frustrating situation!

I was bought this for a present and honestly blown away with how good it is, so easy to set up easy to use. For anyone that has a load of photo’s stuck on their phones and never get them printed this is for you. I forgot how lovely it is to look through photos with the kids, until recently. When you only have photos of people or things that are longer with us this will bring you so much joy. The pictures are brilliant and are very quick to print, I am so happy and can not wait to share more picture that are usually just on the phone, stored away when you can have them in a folder or on the wall instead. The whole package is great bag, more paper etc. Thank you Kodak for bringing back so many memories
