Device should help take the edge off on a muggy day.
PROS:* Most importantly: I noticed the air flow from my unit at all run settings. This should help on muggy days.* Air flowed consistently upward at the sides and from the rear of the device.* My unit was quiet on low speed, but see CON note below.* I found the medium speed noise acceptable given the speed of a small fans. There are noisier implementations on the market.* One button operation is very simple.* Construction is very good. Feels durable.* My unit colour was green. I thought it looked really good.* Arguably the design is "fashionable" and feels comfortable on my neck.* I did not find the weight of the product bothersome after many hours of wearing it.* Fan speed seemed well regulated, that is, it didn't speed up/slow down over time.* The battery on my device seems very healthy. I have run it for over eight hours on low and it still had lost of capacity left. I find this performance behaviour good.CONS:* On low speed the right fan grinds/rattles/vibrates, but periodically fades. I think the right motor is imbalanced as a tap on the right fan temporarily stops the issue. When I put the device down on a table surface, the right fan sound vibrates like a small outboard motor.
