First couple of days were fine! Was very easy to assemble and is very sturdy. But, the zipper broke only after a few days. Both zippers and can’t be put back together. Zipper seems cheap maybe? Hopefully will be reimbursed or sent a new one 🤷🏻‍♀️Update: customer service quickly reached out to me and offered a refund. Very professional & helpful when chatting! They didn’t hesitate to make things right. Overall this product is great & does the job! Would recommend!

It was easy to install and it’s the perfect size as we had a playmat that fit inside it perfectly. It’s sturdy but the zipper for the entrance/exit broke so now it remains open which isn’t safe for when my baby eventually starts crawling. We’ve only had this playpen for less than two weeks which is unfortunate.

The next day I placed my 8mo into the pen, zipped up the window and noticed when I came back he had come out. On inspection, my little one must have pushed up against the zipper window and it opened up very easily which defeats the purpose.

Would not recommend. I don't know how I would put in all the effort to disassemble and return.

Update: the customer service reached out and was really kind and considerate. I appreciate that they helped with a refund and followed up with the matter

A friend of ours lent us a playpen now that our baby is crawling, while we finish up our basement to be our "baby safe" zone. We never really thought we would need one anyways. Well, after having a play pen for a couple of weeks, and bringing it to the grandparents as well, we were convinced that yes, we DO need a play pen. What are the odds that the quality isn't sacrificed in the price? Folks, I'm here to tell you THIS IS THE ONE. I set this one up right beside our borrowed playpen and it is taller and wider as we expected, but no less sturdy - maybe even MORE sturdy with the top cover. This will last our baby into toddlerhood and is just as easy to disassemble as any other. If you're in the market for a playpen, look no further! This is the one!!!

I’m mixed on this purchase. The actual playpen is great. Really spacious and sturdy! And easy to assemble. But the “mat” we paid so much extra for is not much more than a sheet. Not padded at all and not worth the extra money. If you have this playpen set up on a hard surface like hardwood I would suggest buying a different, more padded, mat.

Honestly, this is probably the best purchase I’ve made for my baby, by far. Easy to assemble and such great quality. I love how spacious it is and how my baby enjoys playtime so much more.
In addition to this, I highly suggest you buy some square foam pads to put underneath since the padding is very thin.
It is also very easy to clean. Great for babies 3+ months.

This is definitely worth the buy it’s easy to put together and a nice safe place for my son to play I did buy a mattress topper to put under the cover it comes with since it’s not much padding and my son is just learning how to crawl otherwise he’s just falling onto the hardwood flooring but otherwise I definitely love it and he does too it’s enough room for him to play and me to sit in their with him when he wants his mama with him

It’s not hard to put together but take a little time to get together. I should have researched item more to have realized this thing doesn’t collapse easily There is way better deals on Amazon than this deal. I paid more because of the Matt optionThe Matt that came with it is too thin and not very padded. A king size comforter folded up would have been better than the Matt that came with it. It’s a very roomy playpen but not having an option to collapse it easily would’ve have stopped me from purchasing this. I don’t have the room for that thing to stay up all the time. I’ll keep it because I don’t want to go thru the hassle of returning it.
