The humidity inside my guitar's case was at 35% before I started using the humidipak. When I put it in, the humidity increased up to 40%. Now it plummeted to 36% again. I'm pretty sure I followed the instructions.

I have several good acoustics and use them in each one. The only reason I gave them
a 4 star rating is that they are rather expensive and have gone up considerably over
the last few years. At one point they were in the $24-$27 range. If used correctly,they
can easily last longer than the 3 months mentioned. Unfortunately,the replacement
pouches are hard to come by and are ridiculously overpriced.
