  • Focusing- Look through riflescope 3 or 4 inches away from your eyepiece lens. If the reticle is not clear, loosen the knurled lock ring and rotate the eye bell until it is clear. Then tighten the lock ring firmly.
  • Mounting- Rotate the tube of the scope so that the vertical line and horizontal line of the Mil-dot show respectively. Adjust the position of scope on the rifle until you can see things clearly through it and your eye feel comfortable. Then tighten all screws to fix scope firmly to the rifle.
  • Maintenance- Keep the scope in a place free of acid, alkaline and other corrosives. Dust and dirt on the surface of the scope should be cleaned with soft cloth or tissue and a little alcohol.
  • Brightness Control- Buttons on reflector can help to adjust its brightness.
  • Close the reticle- And the reticle will be closed when you press the red & green control button at the same time.

I took the secondary red dot that sits atop the main scope off and put it on another system just because there isn't a need for it and having it up top blocks your view when looking over the scope. The main scope has a great magnification that you can increase or decrease on the fly. It also offers various reticle patterns and brightness levels. The reticle comes in red or green. The additional laser that's attached to the left of the scope is 'cool'... but NOT practical in it's current configuration due to the fact that the beam shines outside of the sight picture in your scope. It just becomes a distraction. If you DO decide to rock the laser your best bet is to unscrew it and attach it to the bottom rail of your system. -- With all that said, the scope is a great deal for the price. Especially because it comes with a second red dot that you can take off and put on something else. The product has a solid weight and feel to it and attaches snug to your rail. Get it.

Down side: heavy; not all mounts fit picatinny rail; I would not recommend for larger than rim fire or air soft.
Positive: looks; price; easy install; it works; high power laser; ranging is bright; red dot is bright.
I am very pleased with the product. (At under $150CAD) I would not pay more though.
Do not use on anything more powerful than Rim Fire or Air Soft

Although the red-dot and scope are quite decent for the price, the laser is way below my expectations. At first, it turned on when I mounted to the gun, and it was working quite fine. However, upon further inspection, I realized that there were no screws to zero the laser, and it was completely off the mark, almost 2 matters of to the bottom-left on where the rounds were hitting at 100m. I tried everything I could to zero it, but it was simply impossible, since the laser simply lacks the tools for zeroing it. Then, the next day, the laser simply gave up and stopped working altogether. I like Pinty products and their unbeatable cost-benefit, but this specific model is giving me quite a headache because I bought the combo specifically because it had the laser on it. For now, I can only count on Pinty support to reach out and help me with the defective laser. If it weren't for it, I'd easily rate it 4 ~ 4.5

Update: Pinty's support is on par with the industry gold standard when it comes to helping and pleasing customers. They replaced my unit, provided me with support via e-mail, all very fast and free of charge. Highly recommended not only for the unbeatable cost-benefit, but also for the excellent customer satisfaction team.

I bought this combo last year, and put the scope onto my sks, sparing it the rest of the accoutrement. It's a decent scope, and has worked well for me- except for the fact that after 50 or so rounds, it can crawl it's way 2-5 cm forward on my mount, no matter how hard i crank the bolts down for the mount. The weaver-style mount attaches just fine, but does not hold at all. However, the other bits and bobs the scope comes with- the adjustable laser pointer (bright as anything), and the red dot work just fine on other guns, even if they aren't the highest quality available.
If anyone has any idea of a way to get a picatinny rail onto this gun without creating a custom screw to hang down and jam into the troughs of the picatinny rail i have underneath, I am all ears.

It's impossible to zero, I shot my pellet. And it goes about 2 feet bellow where I am aiming. I go to adjust it and I run out of adjustment. I still have to aim way above my target at only 15yards away. It hits about a foot bellow where I am aiming when I have it maxed. And now I don't even think it adjusts at all if it does, it barely moves. Idk it's so hard to tell because I'm trying to adjust it while holding the gun steady but I can still see it barely moves. This thing must be defective but I don't have the box so I'm screwed over and can't return it grrrrr! No issues with red font site though.
