I did not buy it from Amazon (I bought it directly from the manufacturer only for curiosity to see if anyone is producing a good quality product these days for a good price or not) but I like to write my review here for being aware of the problems with this cymbal.
No kidding, if you buy a piezzo and tape it to a regular plate and hit on it, you would probably get a better result than buying Pintech cymbals!
1- the trigger box under the edge becomes loose even after one day of playing and when you try to tighten it with your Allen you notice that both nuts turn with the screws at the same time as the screw is inserted and badly glued inside the thickness of the cymbal.
2- when you hit on the cymbal, instead of one sound, you hear MULTIPLE chain-like sound and it is not because of retrigering, that's due to the movement of the wires inside the trigger box (I noticed it when I opened the box by sawing the screws).
3- getting the sound from the bow is brutally difficult and you have to hit on the bow with the highest power of your muscles!
4- when you get a sound finally from the bow, it is always with the edge sound even though you put the settings of your module on no connection between bow and edge.
5- you are paying more than one hundred dollars, so why don't you buy a smaller used cymball of a better brand? Don't be fooled by its size, 16" is too much for an electronic drums.
6- both piezzos are attached to a single stereo 1/4 socket without any electronic kit for one of them in order to separate their action.
Hope my review would be helpful for you for revising your decision.
