I don’t have a computer or printer. I needed to print some things from my phone, both bank statements and forms from my mom’s care facility. I needed something easy to use and could be accessed through my phone. I have the label maker and it is super easy to use through an app on my phone. The printer is just as easy to use and so convenient! No more having to try and do through staples and getting frustrated! I can do it from home anytime. An amazing product! Compact and super easy to use!! Highly recommended! I am not so tech savy but it was pretty easy to figure out. I was doing okay with it the roll that came with the printer, but then switched to the perforated paper and had some issues. It says that this side up and I couldn’t get it to print anything. I turned it so the this part up side was on the bottom and it worked.

Most likely amazon screwed up the order and sent an openbox one. Called Phomemo and they were super helpful. As for the printer, it is a decent printer if you just want a simple mono color printer and tired of buying overpriced ink. Two little flaws, 1. No mounting holes for the printer so it can be easily used vertically . 2. The two little plastic disks inside the printer could use a better design.

Très satisfait de cette imprimante qui fonctionne très bien . Évidemment la qualité d impression est moins bonne que jet d encre ou lazer .

Par contre Évidemment pas de couleur et l absence de cartouche à remplacer est gâcher par un coût de papier trop chère.

Inconvénients ici également. Aucun manuel présent. Démerdez vous quoi.

Idem je n ai pas compris comment scanner un document fonction en plus de la M832 .
Aucune explication.
Impossible de trouver le manuel sur le site du constructeur.

Par contre quel horreur l utilisation papier en rouleau. Souvent vous découper le papier , la moitié est arracher et de plus la feuille se replie sur elle même.

Donc à privilégier du papier individuel.
Mais idem on explique pas si il faut rentrer légèrement le papier ou le positionner au niveau de l autre côté de la machine puis refermer le couvercle dessus .

Pour la recharge pareil pas d explication du temps de recharge et qu'elle couleur de la Led si recharger.

Avec l application du mobile , l appareirage est enfantin . Par contre dommage, dans l application vous avez une rubrique manuel mais quand vous cliquez dessus c est vide. Pfff

Ps attention un testeur soit disant vine . Annonce qu il faut changer le tampon à l intérieur du transfert toutes les 45 pages .

Cette personne dit n importe quoi, ce n est pas une imprimante thermique a transfert avec un ruban mais bien une imprimante thermique avec papier spéciale. Pas besoin d acheter autre chose que papier adapté.

Ce sont des clients qui reçoivent des produits gratuitement pour tester . Mais beaucoup copie des réponses toutes faites automatique sans vraiment tester le produit. Et ce trompe de machine.

Merci à amazon de supprimer ce genre de personnes de leurs avantages. Ils induises en erreur les gens et mérite pas leurs statut vine.

Pensez plutôt à moi vrai testeur . Par contre je dit la vérité. Donc c est pas pour cela qu on m offre des produits gratuits qu ils auront 5 étoile. Je dit la vérité moi .

Je mettrai à jour cette avis si je rencontre des soucis .
