Although I was surprised at the size of this pasta, I believe this product will be more useful than I anticipated. The main reason I purchased this was the amazing price and I wanted to try it, but these little guys are a rare treat. This will be great in the kids soups. As a long time fan of macaroni, I'll like it more than the big ones.One of my photos compares a store brand of Italian pasta for size reference. I don't see why all the complaining and one star reviews over size. We can get regular penne just about anywhere.BONUS... small package doesn't take up much space in your cupboard because there's not as much air as the bigger penne noodles.
