***Update to Review: Pelsee reached out to me on their own after reading my review offering me a different model or refund. I tried giving the camera another chance before making any claims with the company but unfortunately the camera wouldn’t stay working. I reached back out to Pelsee asking if I could have a replacement of the same model instead of the other model and they allowed it. The support team emailed within that same day after I submitted the ticket for a replacement and offered me to keep the old unit for spare parts and had the new one shipped out as well as expedited to have it here sooner. *** I bought the cam based off of other reviews. I love that it’s compact and more out of the way than the previous one I had. I also like how it records to the phone and has voice control. Only a couple concerns is, I found it gets very hot to the point you can’t touch it within the first couple minutes of it of it being on (This is on a 19°C day and the car being in the shade). I’m not sure if that’s normal or not. The other concern is it’ll shut off and then turn back on by itself 3-4 times during the beginning of the drive, after that it’ll stay on. I’m hoping something corrects itself within the cam because I do really like the style of it.

I recently purchased this dash cam to replace my last decade one. This one is instant pleasure to use compared to my old one.
The installation went smoothly, other than hide the wire take some effort, everything just work instantly.
The video and photo quality are great. The sound from the dash cam can be shutoff, which means it just works without caught any attention.
I like the one button design which give me the most useful information and nothing else.
The app is easy to use too without any hard learning curve.
Some minor improvement after the first week use:
-- If the front and back cam can have some horizontal tilt that will be great, since it's not always possible to install in the dead centre of the windshield.
-- If the back cam can automatically adjust image orientation that will be great, so it does not have to placed only one way, so the wire and cam can be less obvious on the back wind shield.
Overall it is a good product for the value.
