Game Changer!
Camera straps that come with the bodies you buy are cheap. They fray easily, they're hard to adjust, and can sometimes cause your camera to flail around and hit things when you walk.As soon as I opened the box, I could feel the quality. Sure, it's an expensive strap, but it's good to pay a bit of money to ensure your camera is secure as you carry it. Upon installation, it felt great. The anchors slide on and off the strap well, and the way it is set up allows me to draw, aim, and fire quickly and smoothly. It's on my gripped D750, and it holds it securely with no issues. If you want to avoid paying the premium for the thicker Slide, get the Slide Lite for your DSLR and I am confident you will not have any problems.One small issue I had with the strap is the metal anchor points on the strap itself – they are much harder than plastic which makes them extremely durable, but I get a lot of metal on metal action with the rubbing of the anchors on my camera. I fixed this issue by covering the parts where rubbing occurs with electrical tape. Problem solved!By the way, keep in mind that you are receiving V3 anchors with this purchase. They have had a 1 in 17000 fail rate with these anchors, so use them at your own risk – however, you can always grab free V4 replacements on their website, so I do not know why people complain about the recall being such a huge deal.All in all, the Slide Lite is an extremely great strap and with my shooting style, it is close to the perfect strap. I would definitely recommend this to someone who is looking for a better strap for their camera!

I used to think of camera straps as a necessary evil. Good when walking about, but usually in the way when on a tripod. Most conventional straps, like those supplied by manufacturers, could not be easily removed. Peak design to the rescue! I can quickly remove a strap when required and attach the anchors on any kind of tripod plate or grip like SmallRig. I no longer have anything but Peak Design on any of my cameras. A small but very comfortable and convenient improvement.

Overall, I like this strap. It's comfortable, sturdy, and very well made. However, even though I chose the Slide Lite version, I still think it's oversized for my Fuji X-Pro3, . The webbing is thick, not very flexible, and the metal buckles are too big for my taste. Still, for the price, it's a very good camera strap.

Very happy with the Slide Lite, it was very easy to attach the anchors to my Canon R-7. The strap is solid and no issues at all holding the camera and a lens. Removing the strap from the anchors is very easy just a quick click and pull. To put the strap back on just insert the anchors in the connection point and pull down till you hear the click. Highly recommend this strap to people.

I previously had the full width Slide for my Pentax K-1. It works perfectly, but was arguably overkill. The main reason I chose it at the time was because the then-current Slide Lite did not have the silicone grip on one side of the strap (at least I'm 99% sure that was the case). Now that they've seemingly added it, I'll continue to use the full Slide on my larger Pentax 645D/645Z cameras, and use the lite on the K-1 and K-01.

The anchors are also newer, and the cords appear to be slightly thicker - I kept the older generation anchors on the lighter cameras and installed the thicker ones on the 645 cameras.

I've traveled to many countries with these straps on my cameras supporting lenses up to 1-2kg and the Peak Design products have never let me down.

£50 is a lot for a camera strap surely it can’t be worth that much !! premium quality and extremely easy to use makes me think otherwise , A great strap i couldn’t manage without it now and i use it most times i use my camera .. highly recommended.

Detto questo il prodotto è davvero il massimo sia per qualità dei materiali, che per praticità di utilizzo La presenza nella confezione della piastra di montaggio Anchor come adattatore per il fissaggio alla filettatura del cavalletto è un piccolo accessorio in più davvero fantastico, che permette di cambiare posizione di trasporto e impugnatura, potendo trasportare la macchina a tracolla e brandirla molto velocemente, perché lascia il lato dell'impugnatura libero dal gancio.

Les attaches clipsables sont solides (de l'avis d'un collègue photographe), c'est ce qui m'a décidé à acheter cette marque.
Les clips c'est pratique, ça permet d'avoir des clips sur plusieurs appareils et d'utiliser éventuellement le même strap.
Le strap est pratique aussi, facilement réglable en longueur, avec un côté qui adhère bien (à voir dans le temps) et un autre côté lisse pour l'utilisation en bandoulière (pas encore testé).
Belle petite pochette avec la pièce à mettre sous l'appareil pour mettre en bandoulière et une clé de vissage.
Bref, ça vaut le prix !
