I've spent a small fortune trying to find the right solution to tailbone pain issues. Only hurts after sitting a while. Tried a thinnish gel cushion, a thick memory foam cushion, and a regular ol' donut cushion. The first two just flat didn't work. The donut cushion helped with the tailbone pain, but because of the pressure points it created on my upper legs... it gave me a very painful rash on both legs. Considering burning that one! THIS cushion, however, is, well, perfect! No tailbone pain whatsoever - and I've been sitting on it for almost 11 hours now. And I can tell no leg rash as I do not feel the uncomfortable pressure points. Yay!
