At work, I normally staple 8+ sheets together 10 times a day. Sometimes, these "packages" increase to 15+ sheets. In addition, I staple two sheets together perhaps 20 times a day. My hand starts to feel this, using a conventional stapler on a busy day.
This stapler, while not exactly "one finger", makes it 20x less effort to staple and I had a big grin on my face every time I stapled the first few days after buying it. It seems almost ridiculous that an office tool would have such a big impact on my work, but it removed one minor annoyance.
It's a must have if you do a lot of stapling or have hand/muscle issues. It's built solidly, so it should last a long time, but if the spring breaks one day, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one.
The only small issues is that it's easy to knock over when standing upright (so I leave it sitting normally on my desk) and it's quite loud (if that's an issue in a quiet office).
