Something You Need Know Before Tattooing:
- About the needle length:
After assembling the tattoo cartridge needle, the needle length must be adjusted first. Please make sure when the tattoo pen is at rest, the needle tip should not exceed the cartridge tip, otherwise, it will easily damage the skin while tattooing.
Novice tattoo artists please don't tattoo on humans, please tattoo on the practice sheet.
- About the tattoo ink:
The tattoo ink will precipitate during storage, please shake it well before use. Please do not dip in excess ink when tattooing, otherwise it will be easy to inkjet.
There are many reasons why the tattoo pigment is not colored. The pigment blocks the needle opening, the pigment is dipped too little, the thorn is too shallow, and the thorn is too deep.

I personally don't tattoo real skin on myself or anyone else, but I have fake skin products I wanted to experiment creating art and makeup on. I was also curious to see how it felt for creating unique artistic calligraphy pieces with using the fake skin. I also wanted to see if it was something I can currently do - holding a vibrating object, because I'm recovering from a repetitive work injury and I haven't been able to handle much vibration since. The weight of the items and pen is nice and light and no pressure is really needed to perform. You can adjust the speed so you can concentrate on smoother, more precise lines etc. with less vibration too. The colors included are vibrant and there are several to use and learn with. This is an all inclusive beginners Kit and it does exactly as the product description describes. Everything works like a pro and there is no disappointment in performance. I think the amount and quality of contents is gracious as well. Two thumbs up!!

I have done a couple tattoos in the past using the traditional style of machine, The picture I posted is the first tattoo I did using the Padieoe Tattoo Kit Tattoo Gun, and my third tattoo ever. I tattooed this on the fake skin that is provided, and in only about 10 minutes. Admittedly my lines are crap and I need a lot of practice before I would say I was ok at tattooing, but what I can say is the couple diffirences I noticed with this machine compared to a traditional machine. First is the feel, I love the fact that you can hold this like a pen, and unlike traditional units the weight is even and all in your hand, traditional machines tend to be heavy on the back end due to the motors. The ink well seems to hold ink very good and does not pool out when tattooing. The needle cartridge is slanted so you can hold the tip right at the skin and "draw" like you would with a pen. The Padieoe Tattoo Kit Tattoo Gun also has very little vibration to it and the sound is not quite as annoying as a traditional machine. The build quality of the machine seems decent, and you get a variety of colored ink to practice with. The needle can be adjusted in height easily with a turn of the collar on the unit. I am not sure how great the ink is, as it is practice ink, I would think eventually you may want to invest in some well-known brand ink. The foot pedal is decent although small, works as it should, the power unit itself works ok, but could have been a bit better quality, I dislike things that are made entirely of plastic, and sadly the power unit qualifies as it is 100% plastic and very light, hopefully the quality is good though only time will tell. All and all this is an ideal kit for someone who wishes to learn how to tattoo, I would recommend it as I feel the machine quality is top notch, and for practice you really don't want to or need to spend hundreds of dollars on a "professional grade" machine.
