Installing door knobs is fiddly no matter where you buy them. I had this done in about 15 minutes

One quick note: i was about to curse them for not sending the long screws that go through and connect the 2 knobs but theyre screwed in already (see photo) so you just need to unscrew them and take them out so you can install it.

Comes with 3 keys and they even include a little screwdriver. Very happy for the price.

These knobs look nice, but are very poor quality. Took the dogs out at midnight before bed and the front door handle would not turn and we were locked outside. Had to BANG on the door until someone heard and came to open it in which case the inside also wouldn't turn! After 10 seconds or so of aggressively wiggling the handle from inside it finally turned and we were able to open the front door. These knobs are a huge safety concern and shame on the company for selling them. Unfortunately I purchased a 4 pack of the keyed handles and didn't install them until after the "return" period was over. I will be disposing of these handles and purchasing good brand names ones that I usually do. Seriously, don't be tempted at the price. Spend the extra and buy good quality knobs if you don't enjoy being locked out of your home at midnight.

Note, they are not matte finish...they have a sheen to them.

The set works well, installs smoothly. It has a good flat latch plate, unlike the cheap ones. It needs to be lubricated to work smoothly. It comes with three keys instead of 2, which is a bonus. The dinky little screwdriver is useless. I'm only giving it three stars since all four locks are keyed the same. I searched everywhere to find if they were keyed differently (what I need) or the same, but I couldn't see it in the listing. Other than that, happy, especially at this price point.

These feel cheap to the touch. After installed they catch in the latch so they're not latching unless you sit and jiggle the handle. If you have the knob loose, the latch works fine. Installed a few and each one has the same janky outcome
